What Zypager works with, how diagnosis works, and what to send. Still unsure? A single call example usually answers it.

Yes. One-way and no-audio problems are usually in the RTP media path or NAT/SDP handling rather than the signalling. With a SIP trace and the SDP from each leg, the media direction can be followed to the point where it stops.

Yes — Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS and RTPengine. Many real systems combine them (edge proxy, media relay and application logic), and problems often live at the boundaries between them.

WebRTC-related work may be reviewed separately where it is directly connected to Asterisk, Kamailio, RTPengine or SIP troubleshooting, but it is not currently offered as a standard fixed-price service.

Reading traces is central to how Zypager works. A clear pcap, sngrep or Homer export, plus call details, is often enough to identify the failing transaction without live access.

Yes, on an hourly basis for urgent incidents — failed inbound/outbound calls, RTP/no-audio and carrier problems. Final scope and availability depend on access and complexity.

Yes. A security audit covers SIP exposure, authentication, rate limiting, route restrictions and TLS/SRTP, delivered as a prioritised written set of fixes. No security work can promise a guaranteed outcome.

Yes. Zypager is deliberately written-first: you receive clear findings, likely root causes and practical next steps in writing, which is more precise and reviewable than a call alone.

Not always. A great deal can be diagnosed from traces, logs and configuration snippets. Where live access is needed, it should follow appropriate backups, change control and approval from the system owner.

Yes. Vosk can be used with Asterisk recordings or ARI-based workflows. Recording-based transcription is usually simpler and more reliable to start with than full real-time voicebot ASR.

Not always. Vosk is useful for offline/private processing, predictable costs and on-premise deployments, but accuracy depends on audio quality, model, language, accent, noise, codec and sample rate. Some projects benefit from cloud ASR or a hybrid approach.

No. Offline ASR can reduce the need to send audio to third-party cloud providers, but recordings and transcripts can still contain personal or sensitive data. Access control, retention, redaction and audit logs are still important.

Not as a ready-made product. Zypager currently focuses on senior VoIP/SIP engineering, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, RTPengine, SIP troubleshooting, ARI in Go and Vosk-based transcription. Omnichannel functionality is part of the long-term platform direction and may be discussed as a separate discovery or architecture project.

These channels are future platform directions and depend heavily on provider APIs, approval processes, compliance, message templates, rate limits and privacy. They are not currently offered as standard fixed-price services.

Not as a ready-made fixed-price product. Dialler systems require careful compliance, campaign logic, agent-state handling, pacing and abandonment controls. They may be discussed as a future architecture or discovery project.
